For marinade take a big bowl, put hung curd then put all ingredients listed under marination and mix well.
Now put all the vegetables and paneer square pieces mix it lightly.
Put the marinated vegetables in fridge for about 30 minutes.
Now in a skewer insert capsicum then onion and paneer.
Heat a non stick tawa with oil, when the tawa gets haeted up, place skewers on the tawa and cook from all the four sides by turing them, roast until veggies are done and gives roasted colour. When turns golden brown put the tikka in a serving plate.
Serve hot tandoori paneer tikka.
